[AC-946] my app doesnot build and keep showing an error message and when i use the browser to debug it this message apear 'File /index.html not found'

Steps to Reproduce
install titanium
-configure the android sdk and the titanium sdk using the titanium studio
-create new mobile app project 'alloy , deafult '
-then choose to debug using mobile browser
Actual Result
a message apear 'File /index.html not found'
Expected Result
The app should show the content of the deafult project
