Steps to Reproduce
I'm not sure because I cannot find it in the logs, but I've tried reporting another issue and happened to include parts of the build log in 'Actual Result' - and some particular character seemingly fails to get encoded to the Submit a Ticket dialogue correctly.Actual Result
Some kind of popup about exception OK in 'Submit a Ticket'.Expected Result
