Description
when adding scrollableView to splitview controller and setting cacheSize to maximum number of views, the view do not display at all.
when not setting the property at all, the first three views do not display until the cached views are rendered by scrolling forward and then scrolling backwards
Can you please provide some code?

Hi Aaron, While scrubbing some old bug reports, I came across this one. We have not heard back from you since your last update quite some time ago. Not sure if this is still an issue. Please let me know if you can provide us a test case. We will also try it out in house to reproduce. Thanks, Shak
