Steps to Reproduce

Loading webview valued in webview.addEventListener('load',function(){ });, But while creating i getting the 'Timeout waiting to evaluate JS' error..I had added the screenshot of console

Please provide a simple runnable test case to reproduce this error. Let us also know the SDK and CLI version you are using.
