Description
It seems like TableView's scroll event is not firing all the time, regardless if user drags the view or it scrolls be itself.
This resets 'pulling' to false before 'scrollEnd' fires.
I tried the Kitchen Sink example and it worked fine for me.
The pull to refresh has been fixed in the latest versions, please check Appcelerator's github.
