Steps to Reproduce
I have an install in an office env where we have migrated to network paths for user profile folder Documents and Desktop
Actual Result
Can not start Android Virtual Devices
Expected Result
I expect that I can start Android VIrtual Devices without panick

Hi , We tested the issue you reported. This is not a improvement issue. Android Virtual Devices is working fine on home directory. I will mark this ticket as "resolved" since we can't reproduce it. However, feel free to reopen with additional information if you notice otherwise. Thanks
