[AC-3573] Push Notification from Dashboard are not sending and no Push Notification Logs are being entered

Description
For the last several days I have been unable to send Push notifications from the Dashboard, nor have when I have tried to post a Push Notification has the notification even made it to the log files.
The iOS push certificates are all valid and push was working up until the 8th of April
There is nothing in the log files at all to look at even when it seems that the push has been saved and entered
