Description
Update the tiapp.xml SDK version to match the release version. Change should be made to both the master and 1_4_X branches.

PR for 1_4_X branch merged I've removed 1.5.0 from the Fix Version because ALOY-956 eliminates the need to have an SDK version in the tiapp.xml. I closed that PR without merging.
Harness TiSDK version is now 3.3.0.GA Closing.
