Description

Remove the changes made by ALOY-858 and PR257. Separate ticket will be filed to implement a better solution to the original request, one that doesn't overwrite source files of a project.

    PR: https://github.com/appcelerator/alloy/pull/379 This also removes the test from ALOY-858. So to test, the rest of the jake test:all tests should pass and the advanced/themes app should run and pass all specs.

    Verified the fix by running 
    jake test:all
     & did not get any failures. Also, ran advanced/themes apps & did not see any failures. Closing. Environment: Appc Studio : 3.2.3.201404290818 Ti SDK : 3.3.0.v20140512124113 Mac OSX : 10.8.5 Alloy : 1.4.0-dev CLI - 3.3.0-dev Samsung Galaxy S4 running android 4.2.2 Iphone 5s - iOS 7.1.1 Mobile web - chrome browser.
