Description
WE need to start using the node-appc module to do all of our titanium SDK identification and searching.
Alloy will not use the node-appc module directly. Originally I was going to use it for some of the things in the "run" command, but eventually that will be removed and instead "run" will be done through the titanium CLI. Any usage of node-appc will be in the hook code that is executed by titanium, not alloy.
