Description
When there is a Alloy update detected in Studio, we would open an update dialog with release notes information (please see the screenshot in TISTUD-2441), but currently the content is hard-coded in Studio and pretty minimal. The suggestion is to have Alloy provide a change log page that will get updated each time a new version is pushed. The link could be https://github.com/appcelerator/alloy/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md, and the content could be something like the following:

* Updated widgets, added new button-grid widget.
* Removed node-appc dependency.
