Description
Currently theviews, controllers, and styles folders are all flat. You can't have a directory structure within them. We need to allow the directories to be traversed recursively. In addition, the folder structure should be translated to the appropriate folder structure for runtime usage.

- Tony Lukasavage 2012-07-17 initial work on this is done, updated the 'complex' test app to use folder organization. Will do a little more testing and then mark as complete.
