Work with existing CI to get Alloy processed in the loop

    I'm actually thinking that https://travis-ci.org/appcelerator/alloy qualifies to fix this ticket.

    Resolving this as fixed. Alloy is essentially in CI already. Travis checks PRs and merges. The development/nightly version of Alloy can always be installed via NPM (command documented in GitHub readme).
