Description
1) I have installed appcelerator studio (Appcelerator Studio, build: 4.5.0.201602170821) Latest version from the website
2) Appelerator studio -> Help -> install Appcelerator SDK -> install from update stream (5.2.2 GA)
3) Issue
'Installing Titanium SDK has encountered a problem. This status has children statuses. See 'details' for more information

Issue#2 : Alternatively, I tried giving the url with
http://builds.appcelerator.com/mobile-releases/5.2.2/mobilesdk-5.2.2.GA-osx.zip ,It doesnt work.
Issue#3: Alternatively, i also tried it in CLI,by running appc ti sdk install
New version available! 5.2.2.GA

Stuck at 32% doesnt work.

Hello, Thanks for reporting. Usually SDK download gets successful when done using CLI. There may be internet connectivity issue in your case. Please try it again using CLI. If it gets stuck again please let us know with your enviroment details. You can get your environment details with the following command.
ThanksHello, It's possible you are having connection problem during update. I would suggest manually installing the SDK. Download the zip file in your pc by some means and extract the SDK folder. Now put the folder in SDK directory. Studio will automatically detect the new SDK. Regards, Sharif.
I tried to update to 5.5.1 from Appcelerator Studio, and received the same error message: __Error encountered during update java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out Read timed out__
