Hey [~falko], happy to see you again! :-) It looks like russia has Amazon AWS on it's blacklist, at least the server we are using to distribute Arrow. Could that be possible? There is nothing we can do to change that. Adding [~wkong] and [~amukherjee] for more context!

There are about 2 million IP addresses blocked due to this issue with a majority of AWS and tons of IPV6 addresses as well. I don't think any solution other than using a vpn will work.

There is nothing we can do at this point, I am sorry! All our services run on Amazon AWS, which will not change in the near future.
