may be related, first attempt to submit this ticket from within Studio resulted in err "An internal error occurred during: "Creating the JIRA ticket...". java.lang.NullPointerException"
Hello [~keylo], Currently, Appcelerator Studio Version 4.1.0 so try to update your studio "Help> Check for Appcelerator Updates" And try this command for updating your CLI and SDK configuration. "appc setup" And the below process also helps to solve this kind of problem. 1. Logout from studio clicking on the name at the bottom right corner. 2. Logout from CLI using this command: appc logout -d 3. Open studio again 4. Login Thanks.
