When I saw the JIRA ticket of the same logs output, it was described about Java version and Aptana version. I tried but the problem is not improved. What is the cause of this? Is this not enough with this procedure? -> https://platform.axway.com/#/product/studio Please give me the informations. Thank you.

    Sorry about the late reply. Java version currently used is below.
       $ java -version
       java version "9.0.4"

       Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9.0.4+11, mixed mode)

    I also tried the following versions, but the symptoms were the same.

    Hello, Java 9 version is not supported by the platform yet. Please uninstall that version and reinstall Java 1.8.171 version. Thanks.

    Thank you for reply, and gave me information. By installing Java 1.8.171, and uninstalling Java9, the workspace launcher could did started. But, the workspace launcher will freeze. It looks like the same state as the following tickets. TISTUD-8878 There are two things I want to ask to yours. 1) I following command was executed to uninstall Java 9. > $ sudo rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-9.0.4.jdk/ Is there anything else I must delete another? 2) Do I have to uninstall Java 9 in order to run AppceleratorStudio? It's just to switch JAVA_HOME? The following Java is installed on my Mac in addition. I want to know if AppceleratorStudio can works only Java 1.8.171 environment.
       $ /usr/libexec/java_home -V

    Hello, Why there is so many Java installed in your system. Try keeping one 8 and one 7 version. Also, Try googling how to completely remove Java 9. Thanks.
  7. skaneda 2018-06-04

    I need to have multiple Java version. They're for Web development, and building old Android apps. If possible, I would like to know how to launch AppceleratorStudio in an environment where more than one Java is installed. However, thanks to the message, I was able to confirmed, that Studio can started up, on just Java 8 on clean Mac. I appreciate that you gave me an answer.

    I am not sure on the process for multiple Java version to work with the platform. Let me check with the engineering and they will get back to you.

    Hello, Try out our new Appcelerator studio 5.1 version. Which is supported by Java/JDK 9 version. Make sure you don't try to update Java automatically. Let us know.
